I was in the market for a rare 15 passenger van to convert into a camper van for family trips. I searched craigslist and found that Elias Motors in Hayward had two on their lot. I showed up to look at a 2011 Ford E-350 15 Passenger Van. Hector Lastra politely greeted me and handed me a set of keys. He said “have a look and let me know if you have any questions.” No hard sales pitch, no breathing down my neck, no flashy gimmicks. He was polite, professional, personnel, and a pleasure to speak with. I was impressed by the quality and prices of the van and other vehicles on their lot. I was shopping for a low-mileage 2004 Odyssey on Craigslist and came across an ad from Elias Motors. Called John per the ad and arranged a test drive. The vehicle was in great shape (I've had several people ask if this vehicle is really used - it looks very nearly brand new) and John was very straight up about everything. I did a little more shopping, but this was the nicest low-mileage van I found and we worked out a fair deal. I'll definitely talk with John again if I'm shopping for cars - this was one of the most pleasant car purchase experiences I've had... I highly recommend John at Elias Motors.

Elias Motors (Hector) went above and beyond with helping me with the recent purchase of my new BMW convert. My credit was not the best, but Hector helped me get qualified with one of the best-Wells Fargo, with a great monthly plan. He made sure that the car was in tip top shape when I was ready to drive it off the lot. More important, he put up with my "anxiety". Thank you Hector for making this a wonderful experience for a single mom, who is also a graduate student,that just wanted to feel a little better in the car we were driving. Our BMW makes us feel blessed and like royalty......

I didn't end up purchasing a car here, but I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Luis is honest and will hook you up with a good deal.

Recently I was browsing through the web checking out cars. Not really stressing to buy anything, just little curios. I accidentally came upon a 2009 Mazda CX-7. I contacted the lot through email, to receive a quick response from Hector. We talked for an awhile about the vehicle. I told him I would drop bye, not expecting to buy a car just browsing. This was the best car buying experience EVER!!!! Hector is AMAZING and our 06 Yukon is WAY more than we could have ever dreamed of owning.
